i'll make this short, but i've been looking for answers and need actual human communication- not just a book or website.. up until 12/26/04, my "girlfriend" and i had been sneaking around to see each other.
we became professionals.
she would always say "i shouldn't be doing this" and such, but eventually that mindset wore away and our love took over.
If she should choose to leave them for you, you will be the bad guy from here on out. Her old friends from the religion will hate you, her parents will hate you and in time she may come to resent that you are the reason she lost her family.
True...take it from me...it's not easy dealing with it, and sometimes it's just not worth it.

the other day angharad had gone out and i was joking with the kids that with mum gone, they could have a pint of beer with me if they wanted (to see what they would say).. liam (7) told me in an earnest voice "dad, i don't think i'm old enough to drink beer yet.
i think i have to be 16" (16 = grown up to him for everything ... he's already sussing out how old he needs to be to drive).. well, i told him how i was proud he was so sensible and wasn't afraid to stand up and say "no" and that i was really looking forward to when he was old enough to take me out and buy me a pint of beer (ok, father-son moment ... i was getting emotional already).
Yesterday was my birthday, and because he has such a hard time going to my ex on his visitation days, I decided not to enforce my "two hour visit on the other parents birthday" portion of our custody agreement (yes, my ex, a JW, insisted on having our son not only for 2 hours on our son's birthday but also for 2 hours on his birthday...I can't explain the madness). Anyway, when I called my ex to explain this to him and then asked to speak to our son. He got on the phone, I asked him if he was ok (having thrown the usual fit going with dad) and he said "yes...mommy will you come get me?" and there was my lump. I told him I "couldn't tonite, but I will come get you on Thursday and we'll go out to dinner for mommy's birthday" he cheered right up & said "no mommy, I want to make pasgetti"
It's Pasgetti nite tonite!!!
the hospital chaplain just called.
my baby's body has been returned to the hospital following post-mortem examination at a specialist children's hospital.
so, the funeral can go ahead soon.. we have opted for a cremation.

So sorry for your loss during this difficult time. When my niece died (6 mo old) my brother and his wife opted to take her ashes to one of our mountains via helicopter to spread them. We all stood at the look out while they went up there. Afterwards, we had a wake, which included pictures of her and lots of support. No services, per se, just family & friends getting together to help out. It was a beautiful day and every morning, as I drive by the mountain, I tell her good morning. It's nice to have a special place.

i like to listen to alot of music.
i am mostly a hard rocker, godsmack, soil, marilyn manson.
i also like alot of rap, snoop, g-unit, kanye west, xzibit.
I listen to it all, grew up listening to classical (mom) to hard country (dad) as well as Rod Stewart, Queen, and all the stuff on the radio now. My daughter gets a kick out of me liking the same stuff she listens to! Except Rap...just can't get into that. My father, however, listens to NWA, Snoop, etc as loud as he can on his stereo while driving. Yes, that bass thumping as you drive by could be my father. He's the coolest Grandpa around! (and still has Charley Pride tapes as well)

last night, i'm lying in bed, getting all sleepy and comfortablehuge spider in the corner of my room!!!!!!

i rush from my bed and grab the vacuum cleaner and flip the switch...........and voila he's sucked up safely and hopefully very dead inside............feeling much safer and again serene, i climb back in bed and pass an uneventful, peaceful night.
Nope, can't handle anything with more than 4 legs. I have a friend, that has since moved away, that I used to call to come get them out of my house. Can't do that now, so I pick them up on paper & throw them outside as fast as I can before they scurry to where my hand is. I don't like them. I walk into pet stores or whatever, my son runs to them, my toes curl up. I'm lucky, where I live we don't have a big bug problem...too cold, only see them in the summer. But we do get "wolf spiders" or so I'm told, as long as they stay outside & away from me we'll all get along fine!
this was a fairly frequent occurence amongst the brothers and sisters in my young dubby days.
i was heaved out of the cinema on more than one occasion, generally by my mother who reckoned some things were just too much for my innocent young eyes and ears.

Hindsight being what it is, I now know the reason why: my Ex (a JW) and I went to go see "Stigmata" with some friends and at the time, I couldn't figure out WHY he was freaking out as bad as he was. Now I know! Even tho he wasn't "practicing" evidentially it was still a big deal for him. He was squirming in his seat and practically hyperventilating. We stayed, he wouldn't talk about it. Story of my life!
Personally, I've walked out of "To Live and Die in LA" cuz it was stoopid...and "Ernest goes to Camp" cuz I was stoopid for paying money to see that bit of pathetic!!

hey all, i just took some "after" pictures today and need to share with my friends.
as some of you know, i lost a bit of weight recently.
(by eating less, eating better and exersizing - it actually works sometimes!)..
Thanks for the tips Jwbot...now hopefully I can stick to this...my daughter has been on to me to get one of those machines as well, guess I can break down & do it!! It's too cold here to start walking now, but that's part of my plan as well. Keep it up!
